We hope you are completely satisfied with your cosmetics purchase. In the event that you are not satisfied, we will gladly provide a refund of the original purchase price if returned within 30 days of your purchase date. If the products are opened, a store credit will be issued. Please note that shipping, handling, customs, duties and sales tax charges are not refundable on returns. If the revised order total falls below the free shipping minimum, a shipping charge may be assessed.
Proof of Purchase
We can only offer returns for items purchased from a True Nature Group website. A valid proof of purchase is required and will need to be submitted with your Return Request.
Misships, Missing Items, Damaged Items
Please inform us within 3 business days of delivery if there are any problems with your order. We reserve the right to refuse replacement of refund of these items if we are not notified within this timeframe.
Gift with Purchase
Gift with Purchase promotions specify that a minimum order amount is required to qualify. If a return affects the original order total, the gift with purchase may no longer qualify. In such circumstances, the unopened Gift with Purchase will need to be returned to get a full refund for any returned item on the sale. If you wish to keep the gift with purchase, the retail value of that item will be deducted from the amount of the refund.
Clearance / Out of Box
Clearance (Short Life, Out of Box and Last Season's) items, are FINAL SALE. No Refunds will be issued for these items.
True Nature Group reserves the right to refuse returns for an unreasonable quantity of items or for items which have been opened.
