Shipping Information

Orders usually ship within 1-3 business days out of our US warehouse. If you place your order before 12 pm PST on a business day, your order will usually ship that same day. US orders will typically arrive within 3-7 business days and Canadian Orders will typically take 4-10 business days, depending on where you live.

Return Policy for items purchased online

Misships, Missing Items, Damaged Items: Please inform us within 3 business days of the delivery if there are any problems with your order. Clearance items, including Out of Box items are FINAL SALE and not eligible for refunds or exchanges. Our return policy is detailed here.
