Make sure to include your name, phone number and a copy of your original invoice in your returned package. We recommend you use insured UPS or US Priority Mail to ensure your return can be tracked and not lost in transit. We are not responsible for lost or damaged items.
Refund Step 03
Upon receipt of the products, our return department will review the items and approve the refund. Please allow up to 30 days from date your return is received for refund to be processed. You will receive an email once the refund has been issued.
